Welcome

The Transition Teams have completed their research and are finishing up their reports.  The public is invited to a presentation by the team leaders on Thursday, April 26 at 6:30 PM at Asbury United Methodist Church (87 West Street, Annapolis, MD  21401).  We can only hit the highlights but all the reports should be posted on the team pages by then.  Seating is limited; doors open at 6:00 PM.

Click here to go the Facebook event for the presentation.

Because the reports cover so many topics, presenters will stick around after the reports are done to take your questions one on one. (The exception is Teresa Sutherland, our new City Manager, who [no surprise] has another obligation.)  We will also have cards available for you to leave us with questions which we will distribute to team leaders to provide answers that will posted on the TT website. After that, we encourage attendees to continue lively discussions at any one of our fine downtown establishments.

The presenters are:
Money, Money, Money: Teresa Sutherland
Land Use/Mobility: Eileen Fogarty
Leisure & Learning: Jessica Pachler
Soul of the City: Julia Gibb
Plays Well With Others: The Rev. Carletta Allen
CityWork: Da’Juan Gay
Opportunities: Brendan Greeley
Staff Survey: Leah Weiss

The purpose of the Annapolis transition team is to codify the difficulties of the past, identify solutions which will increase city efficiency and accountability with an eye to streamlining resident’s interactions with the City to provide an understandable and respectful experience and finally, to suggest future opportunities for exploration.
